PTP aluminum foil

PTP in PTP aluminum foil is abbreviated from Press through Packing, in Europe, PTP is known as Press through Foil, in China, PTP aluminum foil is named Pharmaceutical PTP aluminum foil, PTP aluminum foil that is also known as blister foil or push-through lidding foil is offered for heat sealing with PVC, PVDC-coated PVC, PP for pharmaceutical purpose in blister packing process, such as capsules, tablets, pill, and etc.

Alu Alu foil
Alu Alu foil is also called cold forming blister foil, this foil consists of nylon, Alu, and PVC, and Alu Alu foil is cold stamping, such require that manufacturer shall have high accuracy stamping equipment to ensure quality of Alu Alu foil and avoid raw material waste, moreover, high quality Alu Alu foil can ensure that tablets can be packed safely, and tensile property of Alu Alu foil shall be strong enough to be not easily torn. Mould to be stamping Alu Alu foil can be verified so that diverse shape of Alu Alu foil can be offered.

Strip Foil

Strip foil can be available with two models, one is soft and another is hard, soft strip foil features blister bubble, while hard strip foil features only two layer laminates. For soft strip foil, one side is cold formed and another side is aluminum foil. When pack an equal dimension of medicine, blister bubble of strip foil is a little larger than AL+PE, such cause cost of strip foil is higher.

To pack medicine with strip foil, both sides of the medicine are aluminum foil, such lead strip foil features excellence sealing property and excellent barrier to moisture, vapor or atmosphere, and aluminum strip foil can completely prevent passage of light or entry of unwanted odors. Each tablet can be individually packed and protected in aluminum strip foil.
Due to excellence sealing and barrier property and high cost of aluminum strip foil, then strip foil is often used to pack expensive medicine with unstable medical property.

Un-printed and printed strip foils are available to meet customers’ requirements.

When customer asks inquiry for strip foil, he has to offer us width of strip foil and whether the strip foil shall be printed or not. We are willing to offer customers strip foil sample without charge for his test, if customers test machine is bought from China, we are willing to send the asked sample to the test machine manufacture.

Suppository Packing
Suppository packing consists of PE and AL or PE and PVC, two models feature polyethylene film layer as the base layer, and then a soft aluminum foil layer or a polyvinyl chloride hard layer is attached to the polyethylene film layer, thickness of polyethylene film layer is often 25-40μm, thickness of soft aluminum foil layer is often 40-50μm, thickness of polyvinyl chloride hard layer is often 100-150μm. Suppository packing features excellence property of flexibility, tearability and formability, particularly suitable for temperature, temperature-sensitive suppository packaging, and this suppository packing also features nontoxicity can be contacted suppository medicine directly, and cannot be effect with the drug or matrix physically and chemically. This suppository packing can be also used to pack other medicine that have same requirement as suppository.

Laminated Film
Laminated film is featured with high barrier property, good photopathy, suitable for automatic packing machine for food/medical packaging, like pharmceutical powder pills, sugar, barcuit, popcorn, snack and so on.

Laminated film refers to a variety of plastic and paper, metal or other plastic combined through adhesive, thickness of these Laminated films is generally not greater than 0.25mm.Laminated film can be combined by dry or solvent-free methods, and then the adhesive layer is a plain adhesive, or can be combined by extrusion, and then the adhesive layer is PE or EVA, EMA, EAA and other resins

Aluminum Foil Paper

Aluminum foil paper that is also called paper aluminum foil, is used to pack medical powder or medical granule, compared to plastic aluminum plastic packaging widely used in present market, aluminum foil paper features following advantages:
1. High strength and rigidity in mechanical property to ensure bags can be strong in shape;
2. No needing to make easy- tear in automatic packaging due to property of easy-tear of aluminum foil paper;
3. Aluminum foil layer cannot be destroyed in automatic packaging to assure that barrier property of aluminum foil layer can be sustained.
Aluminum foil paper is belong to pharmaceutical composite film, and is classified in the type Ⅳ paper, aluminum, plastic in YBB20062012(draft) standard.
Basic configuration of aluminum foil paper is Paper and Alu or Paper, Alu and PE or Alu, Paper and PE, aluminum foil paper is offered to replace composite film, compared to composite film, aluminum foil paper is environmental and effective in packing. When customer asks inquiry for aluminum foil paper, he has to offer us width of aluminum foil paper, and whether the aluminum foil paper shall be printed or not. We are willing to offer customers aluminum foil paper sample without charge for his test, if customers test machine is bought from China, we are willing to send the asked sample to the test machine manufacture.

Tropical Blister Foil

Tropical blister foil is a combination of thermoformed plastic blisters and cold formed composite aluminum foil; blister packing can keep the blister dimension consistent, the area around the blister is slightly wider so that the cold-formed tropical blister composite film can be sealed with the thermoformed blister, such can offset the disadvantage of non-block light and poor water resistance in traditional aluminum plastic packaging, and tropical blister foil is gradually accepted by domestic pharmaceutical manufacturers.
